It's Palm Sunday. For some of us it's a focal point to our beliefs, for others it may even be the time when they first find their faith, and for others it might even bring anger.
For now though, I want to wish all of you a peaceful day, in whatever you are doing.
That is a beautiful shot.
ReplyDeleteI can remember being very pleased with my knotted cross made of raffia. Do they still hand them out?
They do indeed Adrian, although I feel a little cheated, as I have never had one myself.
ReplyDeleteThey probably reserve them for sinners. I bet the good folk get a cream egg.
DeleteGiven that we are all sinners Adrian, If what you say is true, then not sure why I never got one, just lucky I guess. Although, a cream egg or twenty would be my preference.
DeleteAn amazing time of the year Gary we see so much new life in nature but yet we are in the winter of new spiritual life in the UK. It would be amazing if only the stoney hearts of our people would take a little time and let God reveal Jesus through His word. Then we would see a very different society.
ReplyDeleteHappy days to you and yours and hope that we might gey to see you over this Easter.
ReplyDeleteHi Pete,
DeleteUnfortunately we won't be able to do the Easter weekend. I will be working some of it, and we plan to tackle the allotment on the other days, and juggling church stuff in amongst it. Can you pm me how things are going with you two?
Lovely photo today.
ReplyDeleteWe didn't have a cross, we had a simple loop.
I hope you get your cream egg !
cheers, parsnip
Good morning AP,
DeleteUnfortunately no cream egg :-(
Hope it was a wonderful day for you.
ReplyDeleteHello Sherlock,
DeleteIt was a wonderful day, and we spent most of it bringing our own garden up to speed which was lovely and satisfying.
