Whatever happened to real pesticide names? In my line of work I use them as little as possible, but come on people at the chemical firms........give them names with some ooommpphh again.Don't get me wrong. I want to save polar bears and the rain forest like any sensible person but what happened to chemical brand names such as DEXTRONE X, GRAMOXONE, WEEDEX S2G and CROSSFIRE.......ALL NAMES TO FEAR! Now we have things like Freeway, Pathclear, Finale and Merit Turf!! These don't sound like they can kill so much as stroke things to sleep!
